Evenna Terms of Use

Effective date: 2026-11-07 · Operator: Doruk Dumlu, Istanbul, Türkiye · Contact: dorukdumlu+evenna@gmail.com

1. What Evenna is (and isn't)

Evenna helps you track your cycle, symptoms and habits, see patterns in your own logs, and read sourced information about PCOS.

Evenna is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. - It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. - It does not predict ovulation or fertile days. - It must not be used for contraception.

Health information in the app cites its sources, for example the 2023 International Evidence-based Guideline for PCOS. It is general, and it is not a substitute for your doctor. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old.

3. Your data

Your logs stay on your device. See the Privacy Policy. - You are responsible for your device and its backups. - If you delete the app or your data, we cannot restore it, because we hold no copy.

4. Subscriptions (Evenna Pro)

5. Acceptable use

Don't reverse-engineer, misuse or resell the app, or use it to harm others.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows: - We don't guarantee it will be error-free. - We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. - Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts of that country.
